David Davtyan served as the Head of Payment Systems and Database Administration Department at Armenian Card CJSC (ArCa) in 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Applications and Database Management Division. David also worked at Armentel JSCo., where they were the Head of Billing Support Division and a senior administrator for the Amdocs billing system. Earlier in their career, they were a programmer at the Central Bank of Armenia, focusing on the development and support of payment and information systems. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Software for Computing Technics and Automated Systems from the State Engineering University of Armenia, which they completed in 2004.
