Ishkhan Mkhitaryan

Ishkhan Mkhitaryan serves as the CEO of Armenian Card CJSC since June 2010. Previously, at the Central Bank of Armenia, held the position of Head of Operational Audit. Mkhitaryan pursued education at Yerevan State University from 1991 to 1996 and also attended N 76 from 1981 to 1991.
