Victor Felix

Victor Felix is currently an Infrastructure Analyst at Arca Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Americanet from August 2018 to September 2021. In this role, they provided technical support to internal and external customers for connection troubleshooting, UBIQUITI and MIKROTIK radio configuration, VLAN configuration, fiber optic equipment monitoring, and resolving tickets.
