Rebecca Board

Rebecca Board has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rebecca currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at ARCA Worldwide since 2020. Prior to this, they were a Software Engineer at Zumba from 2019 to 2020. Rebecca also worked as an Applications Analyst at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2016 to 2018, and as a Web Developer at 3C Institute in 2015. Rebecca has also held positions such as Senior Programmer at LCMS+ from 2014 to 2015 and Artist at Cyberlily Studio since 2005. In addition to their work experience, Rebecca has been involved in various volunteer roles including serving as a Parent Volunteer at Triangle Day School from 2006 to 2015 and as a Planning Commissioner at Durham City/County Planning Commission from 2011 to 2014. Rebecca has also served as the Director and Volunteer at the American Daylily Society from 2005 to 2014. Prior to their professional career, Rebecca worked as a self-employed Website Developer, specializing in website development, programming, and graphic design.

Rebecca Board obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Computer Science from Duke University from 1984 to 1988. Rebecca further pursued their education at Duke University and completed a Master of Science degree in Parallel Scientific Computing and Computer Engineering from 1988 to 1990.
