Tancredi Salafia

Tancredi Salafia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2013, they worked as a Commesso at AZIENDA: CARLA TAVERNA & C SAS BENETTON. In 2020, they served as a Change Agent at Gualapack S.p.A. Later in the same year, they joined the Campari Group, first as an HSE Junior Specialist from October 2020 to July 2021, and then as a Performance Specialist from July 2021 to April 2022. In 2022, Tancredi worked at Tenneco as an HSE employee from May to September, before joining Marelli as an HR Junior Business Partner from September 2022 to March 2023. Currently, they are employed at Arca as an HR Generalist for Europe starting from March 2023.

Tancredi Salafia completed a Master's degree in Organizzazione e Sviluppo Risorse Umane from IUSTO - Istituto Universitario Salesiano Torino Rebaudengo in 2020. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, they obtained a Laurea degree in Scienze Internazionali dello Sviluppo e della Cooperazione from Università degli Studi di Torino. Their earlier education includes a Diploma di Liceo in Economico-Sociale from Istituto di Istruzione Superiore “Saluzzo-Plana” in Alessandria, which they completed from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, Tancredi Salafia has obtained several certifications, including Advanced Problem Solving from TCO International Corporate Coaching, Training & Consulting in November 2021, HACCP Plans and GMP Implementation Training Course from BSI in November 2021, and Jean Monnet: in Diritto comparato dei consumi alimentari from Erasmus+ in May 2018.
