Yuri Bertsch

Yuri Bertsch began their work experience in 2005 at Resideo, where they held multiple roles including Customer Service Turned QA Lead & Senior Technical Support. They served as the helpdesk lead, QA lead, business analyst, and subject matter expert for the ADI website. In 2019, Yuri joined TEKsystems as an L3 Client Engineering Analyst until July 2020. Currently, Yuri is working at ARCA Worldwide as a QA Engineer in the Systems Integration Group, conducting quality assurance testing for software and hardware. Their responsibilities include tracking bugs and improvement suggestions in Jira and utilizing Agile methodologies.

Yuri Bertsch attended Suffolk County Community College from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration. Prior to that, Yuri graduated from Huntington High School with a Regents Diploma, but the specific field of study is unknown.
