Nina MacAssey

Nina Macassey has accumulated extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Arcade Food Hall since July 2021. Prior to this role, Nina held the position of General Manager at Sticks'n'Sushi from February 2020 to June 2021, and previously managed Sophie's Steakhouse in Chelsea and Soho from January 2019 to January 2020. Nina's career also includes a significant tenure as General Manager at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen from May 2013 to January 2019, as well as a role as Restaurant Manager at Duck & Waffle from April 2012 to May 2013, where Nina contributed as an Opening Manager. Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Performing Arts from London Metropolitan University, obtained between 2003 and 2008.
