Thierry Brocher is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Group Head of Bars Operations at Arcade Food Hall since April 2023, and also as the Opening Director of Operations at The Cross London since April 2022. With extensive expertise in F&B management, operations, corporate hospitality, and customer service, Thierry has successfully managed multiple venues and led teams in developing innovative drinks menus, training staff, and ensuring adherence to operating standards. Notable prior positions include Partner/Operations Manager at Coquine Restaurant & Bar, General Manager at The Valmont Club, and Group Bars Manager for Tantra, Mayfair Club, and Q Bar.
