👋 Ben Zohar

Ben Zohar has extensive experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack web development and expertise in various languages and frameworks. 👋 Ben is currently working as a Staff Engineer at Arcade since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Web Developer at Shopify from July 2019 to May 2022. Before Shopify, Ben worked at Busbud as a Senior Fullstack Developer, with a primary focus on front-end development, UX/UI, and website performance and accessibility. 👋 Ben also had a role as a Fullstack Developer at Busbud. Earlier in their career, Ben served as a Senior Fullstack Developer at Hiboo, where they played a crucial role in creating their API and web app using Node.js and React. 👋 Ben also worked as a Front-end Developer at TapClicks, where they led the "World-Class reporting" team and worked on creating customizable dashboards and reporting features. In addition, Ben has experience as a CTO at Versusmind, where they mentored junior developers, worked on key projects, and focused on PHP, Node.js, Angular, JavaScript, Sass, Ionic, and Titanium. 👋 Ben also worked as a Consultant at Versusmind, where they created a PHP/CSS/jQuery MVC framework and developed an online project management solution.

Ben Zohar attended Ecole Supérieure des Sciences et Technologies de l'Ingénieur de Nancy from 2005 to 2010, earning a degree in Ingénieur with a focus on Système d'Informations et Réseaux. In 2008 to 2009, they also studied at the University of Strathclyde, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or what their field of study was during this time.
