Clarence Wilson

Clarence Wilson is an experienced recruiter currently serving as a Founding Recruiter at Arcade since November 2024, where the focus is on enabling the creation of powerful interactive experiences. Prior to Arcade, Clarence held positions at Meta as a Technical Sourcer, and at Retool as a Technical Recruiter. Previous experiences include recruiting roles at Tesla and Bungalow, where the latter company innovated in the residential real estate market. Clarence began a professional career at Robert Half and KPMG US as a recruiter and audit associate respectively and has foundational experience as a Student Assistant at the University of San Francisco, where a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting was earned. In addition to recruitment experiences, Clarence also served as Vice President of Beta Alpha Psi.
