Kelli (Stewart) Dodd serves as the Employee Experience Coordinator at Arcadia Beverage since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kelli worked at Blue Ridge Community College as an Apprenticeship Coordinator and WIOA Case Manager from November 2020 to July 2023, focusing on helping job seekers access employment and education through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Kelli also held the position of Project Re-Entry Employment Specialist at Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC from November 2016 to November 2020. Kelli is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources at Western Carolina University, expected to graduate in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the same institution, completed in 2016.
