Karrie R. Polen

Karrie Polen has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Karrie is currently working at Arcadia Care as the VP of Marketing & Business Development since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Regional VP of Marketing at Arcadia Care from November 2021. Before joining Arcadia Care, Karrie worked as the LNHA Campus Administrator at LIBERTY VILLAGE OF PEKIN from April 2017 to June 2023. Karrie also served as the Nursing Home Administrator at LeRoy Manor from March 2015 to 2017, where they gained experience in rehab nursing and MDS. Karrie's career journey includes their role as the MDS Coordinator at Liberty Village of Clinton from December 2009 to March 2015.

Karrie Polen completed Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training at Richland Community College.
