Alistair Skellern

Alistair Skellern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and performance, currently serving as Principal at Arcadia Consulting since August 2020. Previously, Alistair held the role of Consultant at On Vacation for a brief period in July 2020 and spent 15 years at TTEC as Executive Director of Learning & Performance, where the focus was on enhancing customer experiences through employee engagement. Alistair also contributed to corporate learning as Head of Corporate Learning and Development at ENOC from 2003 to 2005 and served as a Competency Specialist at EPPCO from 1999 to 2003. Educational credentials include a degree from Nottingham Trent University and attendance at Trent College.
