Andrew Patterson has over 40 years of experience in consulting and engineering, currently serving as Director at Arcadia Consulting Ltd since May 2010. Specializing in modern social neuroscience, Andrew focuses on understanding the neural mechanisms behind culture to facilitate measurable change. Previously, Andrew held significant roles at IBM, including Partner Global Business Services and Managing Principal for Business Consulting Services, where leadership extended to complex solution teams across Southern Europe. Andrew's career began as a Principal Engineer at the Atomic Energy Research Establishment, specializing in structural design. Andrew holds an MA in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.
