Matt Lyon

Matt Lyon is a seasoned professional in the consulting industry, currently serving as Partner and Head of Consulting for the APAC region at Arcadia Consulting since June 2014. With a focus on designing and delivering organizational culture and capability, Arcadia works to drive sustainable change for clients by aligning their people with strategic visions and goals. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at rogenSi, now TeleTech Consulting, from January 2004 to May 2014, including Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, and Account Director. Matt Lyon earned a 2:1 degree in Economics and Politics from Durham University between 1997 and 2000.
