Vincent Romano

Vincent Romano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the human resources and consultancy sectors. Currently serving as Executive Client Director for Arcadia Consulting since July 2021, Vincent specializes in sustainable behavioral and cultural change in South East Asia. Prior to this role, Vincent was the Director and Managing Director for Elliott Scott HR, a firm dedicated to HR recruitment. Vincent's earlier career includes managerial positions in human resources at Robert Walters in both Singapore and Hong Kong, as well as a foundational role as a Training Consultant at Prudential Corporation Asia. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Glasgow.
