William Allan is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in network engineering and architecture. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Jacobs Engineering Group under a Federal Government contract since July 2014, William previously held positions at Verizon Enterprise Solutions from August 2001, focusing on network architecture design and implementation, and at AT&T from August 1965 to December 1998 as a Project Manager responsible for program management and business development. William Allan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both from The Johns Hopkins University.
