Justin Olive

Justin Olive is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in AI safety, policy analysis, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Head of AI Safety at Arcadia Impact and Program Manager for the AI Safety Engineering Taskforce, Justin focuses on enhancing the AI safety technical and governance ecosystems. Previously, Justin held the position of AI Policy Analyst at The Good Ancestors Project, where contributions included literature reviews and proposals submitted to governmental bodies. A strategic thinker, Justin worked as an Analyst at the Victorian School Building Authority, developing models for asset utilization and performance reporting. Earlier career roles included research at Deakin University, where Justin was the lead author of a pivotal study on Type 2 diabetes, and independent contracting in product and marketing for a social enterprise.
