The Arcadia marketing team is seeking a dynamic and agile Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team. We are dedicated to driving the company’s growth and success through comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on brand development, demand generation, customer engagement, and market insights. The Arcadia platform provides actionable insights for customers to advance care and research, drive strategic growth, and achieve financial success. Arcadia helps payers and providers leverage their data to transform healthcare through an interoperable data platform using advanced analytics to shape strategies, inform decisions, and facilitate actions. This enables payers and providers to focus on what matters most—patient outcomes, operational efficiencies, and financial performance.

What Success Looks Like In 3 months

  • Launch campaign structure for team to follow
  • Track and analyze campaign effectiveness through engagement metrics, opportunity progression, and pipeline generation, and report findings in a performance dashboard.               
  • Analyze previous campaigns and develop recommendations for improving performance and MQL goal attainment.
  • Set up and write weekly campaign reporting updates.
  • Develop and own the monthly, quarterly, and yearly campaign calendar, with concrete definitions of success across all relevant channels for both paid and unpaid lead-generation and nurture.

In 6 months

  • Own digital agency relationships
  • Analyze campaign budgets and make recommendations about marketing spend.
  • Set up 2025 marketing plan templates for the marketing team.
  • Develop an online aggregated campaign tracking system.
  • Lead team operations structure with the help of a direct report.
  • Launch effective lead generation campaigns with the goal of delivering leads to the sales team.
  • Lead growth marketing kickoff meetings in partnership with marketing leaders and peers.
  • Develop and maintain quarterly marketing overview documents

In 12 months

  • Lead marketing planning process and write marketing plans.
  • Identify new media opportunities, including TV and Print.
  • Scale our digital marketing strategy across new market verticals

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and own growth marketing campaigns including the marketing planning process.
  • Implement full-funnel campaigns, ensuring alignment across audiences and managing campaign overlaps.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team on outbound marketing strategies and activities, and with the broader marketing team and agency partners on SEO strategy and tactics.
  • Identify and leverage digital marketing trends, new technologies, best practices, competitor activities, and testing opportunities to drive the business forward.
  • Support marketing leadership in setting goals, KPIs, and OKRs for campaigns, ensuring campaign success through strategic planning and operations.
  • Monitor channel performance, evaluate the marketing mix, and make adjustments to achieve objectives, including determining when to boost social media efforts.
  • Launch campaigns designed to drive B2B leads and pipeline growth for Arcadia’s sales team.

What You'll Bring

  • BA/BS in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience.
  • Strong background in launching SaaS B2B lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience targeting C-Suite leaders and decision-makers in the healthcare space.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and 6Sense marketing software tools and analytics.
  • Firm understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in inbound marketing and account-based marketing approaches.
  • Ability to translate qualitative data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills, including planning, tracking, and influencing others.
  • Experience leading campaigns, outlining strategic approaches, and tracking results.
  • Strong project management skills, including production schedules, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and agency/vendor oversight.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across various teams.
