Carissa Crawford

Carissa Crawford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carissa held various positions at Arcadia, including Regional Vice President of Growth and Sales Director of the West region. Prior to that, Carissa worked at IBM as a Program Manager and Project Manager in the Chief Health Office of Watson Health. Carissa also participated in the Leadership Development Program at IBM. Carissa's earlier experience includes being a Corps Member at Match Education, where they taught fifth-grade math and pursued their master's degree in Effective Teaching. Carissa also worked at Overland Travel, Inc as a Language Leader and provided office and logistics support. Additionally, Carissa had an internship at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, where they worked in the Laboratory of Genetics. Carissa started their professional journey as a Sailing Instructor at the San Diego Yacht Club.

Carissa Crawford holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Neuroscience & Human Development and Education from Dartmouth College. Carissa also obtained a High School Diploma from Francis W. Parker School. In addition, Carissa has certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute (obtained in 2017) and Advanced Open Water Diver from PADI (obtained in 2004).
