Madhumitha Ravi

Madhumitha Ravi is a seasoned professional in the field of data analytics and integrations within the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Manager of Data Integrations for Claims at Arcadia since October 2024. Prior to this role, Madhumitha held managerial and analytical positions at Springbuk from July 2018 to October 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing data mapping and normalization processes, leading a team of data analysts, and establishing cross-team partnerships. Madhumitha's earlier experience includes roles at EnkayTech, Illinois Institute of Technology, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, and Accenture, where expertise in data analysis, performance-based payment methodologies, and ETL processes was demonstrated.
