Shannon Downs

Shannon Downs is a Partner at Arcadia Management Group, Inc. AMO®, serving in this role since May 2019. Prior to this position, Shannon held the title of Senior Vice President for Spectrum Programs at Iota, from August 2013 to April 2019, a company focused on solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT). Before Iota, Shannon was Senior Vice President of the Spectrum Programs Group at M2M Spectrum Networks, LLC, from November 2008 to May 2018. In this role, responsibilities included managing licensed spectrum aggregation through various means such as license applications and FCC public auctions. Shannon's career also includes serving as Sales Manager for the West Coast at Virgin Charter from July 2007 to November 2008 and as a Sales Associate at Gsolutionz from 2005 to 2007. Shannon earned a degree in Finance from the University of Arizona, attending from 1998 to 2002.
