John Mcculloch, JD/MBA, CMSP, CMSS, CSSC, has extensive experience in structured settlements and consulting. They served as Director of Structured Settlement Annuities at Allstate Financial from 2000 to 2006, and later as Vice President at EPS Settlements Group from 2006 to 2010. Since 2010, they have held the position of Vice Chairman at Arcadia Settlements Group, focusing on taxation of damages and the application of government benefits to settlements. Mcculloch also served in the US Army as a Sergeant from 1984 to 1992 and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a JD from Concord Law School.
