Richard Regna

Richard Regna has extensive experience in settlement planning services and operational management, currently serving as Vice Chair and President at Arcadia Settlements Group since January 2019. Prior to this role, Richard was the President of Structured Financial Associates from 1999 to January 2019. Richard began their professional career as a Corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1993 to 1999 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Westminster College (PA), attained between 1993 and 1997.
