Billy Patterson

Billy Patterson has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry. Billy began their career in 2007 as a Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Intern at PNC. In 2012, they became a Winter Associate - Real Estate Investments at EPR Properties. Billy then moved to Lancaster Pollard in 2013 as a Summer Associate and in 2014, they became an Associate. In 2015, they joined Fifth Third Securities as a Principal and Senior Associate. In 2018, they became a Director at Greenworks Lending. In 2019, they were a Principal at BP Capital Solutions. In 2021, they were a Director at Huntington Securities, Inc. Billy is currently a Senior Lecturer at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Finance and Site Acquisition Consultant at Arcadia Towers.

Billy Patterson has a diverse educational background. Billy obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa in 2008. Billy then went on to obtain a Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2012, with certificates in Business and Transactional Law with an emphasis in Real Estate and Estate Planning. In 2014, Billy Patterson graduated from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business with a Master of Business Administration in Finance. In addition, they hold three certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA): Municipal Securities Representative (Series 52), Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63), and Investment Banking Representative (Series 79). The latter was obtained in 2014, while the other two were obtained in 2021.
