Ryan Foran

Ryan Foran has a diverse work experience in communications and media. Ryan started their career as a Sports Director at KIEM-TV and later worked as a News Reporter and Sports Anchor at KSBY TV. Ryan then transitioned into public relations and communications consulting, founding Ryan Foran Communications. Ryan also worked as a Communications Instructor at Citrus College and a Journalism Lecturer at Cal Poly State University. In addition, they gained experience in marketing and communications at Lucia Mar Unified School District and Arcadia Unified School District, where they held roles such as Marketing/Communications Consultant and Chief Communications Officer. Ryan is also actively involved in the field, serving as an Executive Board member and President-Elect of the California School Public Relations Association. Prior to their career in communications, they owned and operated a health/fitness business called Living the Run Health and Fitness Networks. Overall, Ryan Foran has extensive experience in media relations, crisis communications, public speaking, and communications strategy.

Ryan Foran earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Broadcast Journalism from Humboldt State University. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Communications, Marketing and New Media from Southern New Hampshire University between the years 2014 and 2016.
