Gopinath KR has a diverse range of work experiences. Gopinath currently holds the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Arcadia since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CRISIL Global Research & Analytics from June 2016 to May 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Executive. Gopinath also served as an HR Business Co-ordinator at Tech Mahindra from March 2015 to June 2016. Before that, they had internship roles at BNP Paribas, Ramco Cements Ltd, Hyundai Motor India Ltd., and TVS - SUNDARAM BRAKE LININGS, where they gained experience in various HR functions such as recruitment and industrial relations.

Gopinath KR completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in HR from Madras Jobs from 2012-2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) in A&F from Madras Christian College from 2009-2012. Their educational journey began at Don Bosco Egmore from 1995-2009, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Gopinath KR has obtained certifications in "Human Resources: Managing Employee Problems" and "Interpersonal Communication" from LinkedIn in 2020.
