Naveen Honest Raj K

Naveen Honest Raj K is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and system optimization. Currently employed at Arcadia since May 2023, Naveen implemented a rotating triage captainship to enhance proactive application monitoring and improve team performance. Previously at Ula from October 2021 to May 2023, Naveen achieved a significant reduction in Out-of-Stock occurrences in inventory planning and led a team to develop a cost-saving incident management tool. As a Software Engineer at HappyFox from April 2019 to February 2021, Naveen improved search functionality and optimized database performance, resulting in substantial cost reductions. Earlier, at Skcript, contributions included the successful launch of a key revenue product and a project migration that dramatically increased performance. Naveen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Saveetha Engineering College.
