Paul Paras

Paul Paras is an accomplished professional in the energy sector, currently serving as a shareholder at Arcadia and co-founder of Real Simple Energy since 2018, which focuses on making electricity purchasing smarter and more cost-effective. With extensive experience dating back to 2008 in retail energy and asset development consulting, Paul has held various key positions, including EVP at a Texas-based retail electricity provider, where successful turnaround strategies were implemented, and SVP overseeing the ERCOT market for a national retail electricity and natural gas provider. Previous roles include client development manager at Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services and real estate broker at Henry S. Miller Commercial.
