Otto Nichols III

Otto will be responsible for ensuring the project design is complete and all design requirements are met. He will play an active role and participate in all phases of the project from initial programming, through final occupancy. Otto exhibits a strong sense for the balance of design with construction costs and works diligently to maximize the highest quality design for the best value.
