François Harary de Chazelles is a seasoned legal and financial executive with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at Arcadie SA since April 2021, François previously held the position of General Counsel and was a member of the Executive Committee at Groupe VIVR'ENERGIES, the French leader in energetic renovation, from August 2019 to July 2020. Prior to that, François had a distinguished tenure at NAVAL GROUP from January 2004 to December 2018 as General Counsel, managing a subsidiary dedicated to export sales and overseeing due diligence for international operations. Early career roles included serving as International Lawyer at Thales, where François negotiated contracts for military equipment, and as Corporate Lawyer at Moulinex, focusing on international contracts.
