Abimbola Oyekoya MBA, CMgr, MCMI ChMC serves as a Global Change Partner at Arcadis, leading the E4A Recruitment Workstream focused on Resilience and holding roles as Principal Consultant and Senior Management Consultant since July 2022. Abimbola is also the Founder of The Better Tribe, an organization dedicated to supporting immigrants of African descent in the UK. Previous positions include Head of TPO at HM Land Registry, where Abimbola managed the transformation portfolio, Co-Lead of the Change Management Institute South-West Chapter, and various roles in Defence Equipment & Support, Centre for NHS Blood and Transplant, and Standard Accounting Limited.
