Andrew Cowley

Andrew Cowley is the NSW Discipline Manager for Building Services at Arcadis, providing strategic direction for the NSW Buildings Group since August 2016. Previously, Andrew founded and directed S4B Studio, an engineering consulting practice, from July 2010 to May 2016. Further experience includes roles as Director at WSP Lincolne Scott, where a focus was placed on ESD initiatives, and as a team leader at Steve Paul and Partners, George Floth, and Grateholt Plumbing, where responsibilities spanned project management and hands-on documentation. Andrew's early career began as a Hydraulic Designer at Smith Paul and Partners and progressed through various engineering roles, providing a solid foundation in consulting and project execution. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Design Science Building Services from Sydney University and an Associate Diploma in Plumbing Services from North Sydney Technical College.
