Arman Ospan

Arman Ospan, PhD, RPBio, is a highly experienced aquatic biologist currently serving as the Regional Lead - Principal Aquatic Biologist at Arcadis since October 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, Ospan has held various senior positions, including President and Senior Environmental Scientist at Nekton Environmental Inc, and Environmental Assessment Manager at RSK/NEOM in Saudi Arabia. Ospan's expertise includes conducting environmental assessments, managing marine biology projects, and facilitating regulatory approvals across diverse sectors such as oil and gas, mining, and aquaculture. Ospan holds a PhD from the University of Victoria, an MSc from the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, an MBA from KIMEP, and a BSc in Biology from Al-Farabi Kazakh National State University.
