Dave Frank

Dave Frank is a seasoned professional in the engineering field, currently serving as Vice President and Client Manager at ARCADIS U.S. since June 1987, where responsibilities include developing and managing client relationships and delivering engineering solutions for municipal water resource projects, particularly in water treatment. Previously, Dave occupied roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Engineer within the same organization, focusing on municipal water resource solutions. Prior to joining ARCADIS, Dave worked as a Project Engineer for the U.S. Coast Guard, conducting facility inspections and designing improvements for various structures. Dave holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron, attended Baldwin Wallace University, and has a strong foundation in engineering principles and practice.
