Dave Waller MAPM is an experienced Director at Arcadis, where since January 2016, leadership has focused on helping clients from various sectors, including Retail and Financial Institutions, maximize the efficiency of their Real Estate portfolios while promoting sustainability and commitment to Net Zero. Previously, Waller served as an Associate, leading diverse teams to deliver large-scale programmes, consistently achieving high standards described as best in class by clients. Waller’s career includes experience as a Programme Manager at EC Harris, overseeing significant projects such as the divestment of over 300 bank branches and managing over 6000 projects for a major UK high street bank. Waller's earlier role as ATM Business Manager at Abbey complemented a robust educational background, including membership in the Association of Project Management and completion of several leadership and project management programmes.
