David Escude'

David Escude' is a retired Professional Engineer with over 40 years of experience in the civil and environmental fields, serving in various technical, managerial, and client development roles. They have acted as project manager or engineering task manager for more than 100 major design projects, demonstrating expertise in civil and environmental design including permitting and construction management. David has also held leadership positions at Arcadis, where they served as Vice President and Senior Vice President. Currently, they are a Partner at CDE REPCON, LLC. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University.
