David Howard

David Howard, PE, PG, is a Principal Engineer and Project Manager at ARCADIS, bringing twenty-nine years of experience in environmental, landfill, water resource, and civil design projects across various states and territories. David has held key roles at multiple organizations, including Cardno ATC and Broadbent & Associates, where they excelled in project management and design for soil and groundwater remediation systems. Educated at the Colorado School of Mines and UNLV, David holds a B.S. in Geophysical Engineering and an MBA in Finance, along with multiple professional certifications. Currently, David manages an EPA Superfund Site in Puerto Rico, overseeing significant water treatment operations and remediation projects.
