David Ord

David Ord is a Chartered Engineer and Senior Project Manager at Arcadis, where they oversee projects related to ports and waterways since 2023. They previously worked as a Graduate Engineer and Engineer at Arcadis from 2011 to 2017, gaining experience in design coordination and project management, particularly in flood defenses and harbour structures. David started their career as a Placement Student at Halcrow, a CH2M HILL Company, where they conducted inspections and produced condition reports for various structures. They earned a Master’s Degree in Civil and Coastal Engineering from the University of Plymouth in 2011.
