Dr. Simon Oster

Dr. Simon Oster is a Global Director of Data Science & AI at Arcadis, where they lead innovative Data Science and AI teams focused on addressing global challenges through technological advancements. They currently manage the Arcadis AI Platform and champion the Citizen Development Program, empowering employees with essential IT skills. Previously, Dr. Oster served in various roles, including as a Transfer Pricing Analyst at PwC Deutschland and a Team Lead at Helloprint, where they enhanced data-driven processes and contributed to recruitment efforts. They hold a degree from Bergische Universität Wuppertal, where they were actively involved in tutoring and research. Dr. Oster's early experience includes service in the Luftwaffe - German Airforce.
