Federica Parma

Federica Parma is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as a People Manager at Arcadis since February 2023. Prior to this role, Federica Parma worked at JLL for over 13 years, holding various positions including HR Lead for Southern Europe and Israel, where responsibilities included managing HR for up to 400 employees across six countries, and acting as a strategic HR partner. Federica Parma also served as Associate Director, Regional HR Manager for multiple countries, overseeing HR processes and new entity setups, as well as handling complex employee transfers across EMEA.
