James Barber, P.E. is an accomplished senior roadway engineer and project manager currently serving as the Tampa Highway Group Lead at Arcadis since August 2017. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing roadway design for major highway projects, managing project delivery staff, and providing leadership in all aspects of roadway design. Prior to this position, James worked as a Transportation Engineer at RS&H for a year and at CH2M for a decade, where expertise in transportation engineering was developed. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, completed in 2008.
