Jennifer F. has extensive experience in growth systems management, marketing, and proposal development, primarily with Arcadis since July 2007. Currently serving as the Global Growth Systems Manager, Jennifer focuses on implementing and maintaining processes related to Oracle Sales Cloud and the Pursuit to Project initiative. Additionally, Jennifer held the role of Interim Product Owner for Oracle Sales Cloud, providing critical support throughout the sales pipeline lifecycle. Previous roles include Sales Enablement Program Manager, where Jennifer led the North American implementation of the global Collaboration Hub, and Shared Services Manager, responsible for establishing a global excellence center for sales support. Earlier in Jennifer's career at URS Corporation, an AECOM Company, various roles included marketing coordination and proposal writing within the rail and transit sector.
