Josh Nothwang

Josh Nothwang serves as the SVP and Global Director of Sustainability Advisory at Arcadis since September 2021. Prior to this role, Nothwang gained extensive experience at WSP USA from 2013 to 2021, holding several positions including AVP and Practice Leader in Sustainability, Energy, and Climate Change, as well as Senior Project Director. Previous roles at Deloitte Consulting included Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant in Strategy and Operations, with initial experience as a Summer Associate. Nothwang's early career featured a position as an MBA Intern in Corporate Strategy and Sustainable Mobility at Ford Motor Company and as a Research Analyst at Industrial Economics, Inc. Nothwang's educational background includes an MBA in Corporate Strategy and an MS in Environmental Policy from the University of Michigan, along with a BA in Environmental Studies and Geology from Middlebury College and Colorado College.
