Kalin Ojert

Kalin Ojert is a senior civil engineer and project manager with over seven years of experience in consulting, specializing in sustainability, resiliency, and improving quality of life. Kalin began their career as a summer intern at Ericsson, where they contributed to app development for the Connecting Waters Project. They worked as a staff water engineer and later as a staff civil engineer at Arcadis, providing engineering solutions to the City of Houston and Class I Railroads. Kalin also served as a field representative for Saha Global in Ghana, where they helped establish a women-owned water treatment business. Kalin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Lehigh University in 2017.
