Katie Barry

Katie (Onesios) Barry is an experienced environmental engineer with 13 years of expertise in emerging contaminants, currently serving as the Emerging Contaminants Practice Area Lead and Project Environmental Engineer at Arcadis since March 2016. Previous experience includes a role as Project Engineer at ERM, focusing on site characterization, remediation, and environmental monitoring from January 2013 to January 2016. Katie's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, where research investigated the biodegradation of pharmaceuticals and personal care products. Additional research experience includes work at Rutgers University and a summer internship at PetroScience, Inc.
