Mark Berridge

Mark Berridge is an enterprise SaaS leader with a strong background in building high-performing global Customer Success and Delivery teams. They have extensive experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering client services in both public and private sectors, having held multiple roles at Arcadis, including Chief Customer Experience Officer and Director of Customer Success. Mark's leadership skills stem from their tenure as an Infantry Officer in the British Army, complemented by commercial expertise gained as a management consultant. They hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Durham and a Master of Arts from Durham University Business School.
