Mark Henn

Mark Henn is a seasoned professional in the rail and transport sectors, serving as the Commercial Director - Rail at Arcadis since August 2022. Prior to this role, Mark held several key positions at Network Rail, including Head of Commercial Services (Digital Railway), where responsibilities included managing £60m Delivery Partner contracts for digital signalling technologies. At Transport for London, Mark served in various leadership roles, such as Head of Business Engagement in the Programme Management Office, where best practices in project delivery were emphasized, and Head of Asset Development, where Mark led a project delivery organization that successfully executed £490m worth of projects. Mark's earlier experience includes roles at London Underground, managing sizable teams and significant projects in station upgrades and infrastructure improvements. Mark holds a PgDip in Construction Law & Arbitration from King's College London and a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Westminster.
