Matthew Brough

Matthew Brough is an accomplished professional in infrastructure asset management, currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure Asset Management at Arcadis since June 2021. With a robust background spanning over a decade at AECOM, Matthew held positions including Director of the Rail Asset Management Group and Director of Transportation Asset Management, where responsibilities encompassed business leadership, risk management, and technical consultancy services across various transportation sectors. Prior roles also include Director of Pavements, Trackbed and Materials Consultancy at URS Corporation, and significant contributions at Scott Wilson, emphasizing material development, failure investigation, and project delivery in trackbed technology.
