Natalie Sauber serves as the Global Ecosystems Development Director at Arcadis since July 2018, where responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives for market growth in the automotive and industrial manufacturing sectors with a focus on sustainability and low-emission technology. Natalie also contributes to thought leadership through industry publications and media, enhancing Arcadis's position as a leading influencer in the field. Previous roles at Arcadis include Director of Client Development and Future Mobility Lead, focusing on market intelligence and project delivery. Prior to Arcadis, Natalie was a Senior Consultant at Excelion Partners International, offering expertise in organizational design and change management, and served as a Consultant and Consulting Analyst at Frost & Sullivan. Academically, Natalie holds an MSc in Business Analysis and Strategic Management from Alliance Manchester Business School and degrees in International Management and International Business from Heriot-Watt University and The Australian National University, respectively.
